I have received your despatches to 200 of the 21st and
No 205 of the 29th of November last.
When the subject of Company Law came
In reply I have to state that I am authorised to sanction
through the Council the enclosed in Despatch No.201, a Bill to amend
"The Companies Ordinance 1865"
and referred Ordinance No. 4 of 1876; but I have to request that you will
cause to be inserted the clause in
Darling.
